APARTMENT 1

This is a first floor apartment access is gained via an outside metal staircase

Parking is off street at the front of the house, the tarmac driveway is on a relatively steep incline.

Entry into the apartment is via a number code (no keys) the bedroom, lounge, and bathroom are all on a level floor and there is one small step down into the kitchen – where the dining table is situated.

The bathroom has a full sized bath with a shower overhead – the floor is non-slip vinyl

The bedside lamps have a touch light facility. The TV’s and DVD are remote control

There is a telephone (calls are charged at cost)

The information folder has al the details of accessible restaurants, attractions, taxi’s etc

If specialised equipment is required please let me know and I will endeavour to either supply them or give you the contact details for suppliers.

APARTMENT 2

This is a ground floor apartment with access from the driveway.

Parking is off street at the front of the house, the tarmac driveway is relatively steep

The front door opens onto a small hallway with the bedroom to the right and lounge on the left. Access is with a code number (no key)

All the rooms are one floor level without steps. A separate dining area is off the kitchen with a door leading into the garden area at the back. This area is mainly gravel with a few paving slabs immediately outside the door

The bathroom has an anti slip floor and a full size bath with a shower above.

Both the bedroom and lounge are carpeted with vinyl kitchen floor and laminated dining area.

The bedside lamps are touch sensitive and the TV’s and DVD are remotely controlled

A telephone is in the lounge and calls are charged at cost

The information folder has details on all accessible restaurants, taxi’s, attractions and events.

APARTMENT 3

This is a first floor apartment up a steep internal staircase with a sturdy handrail

Level parking is at the front of the house, which has been paved recently. There is also a Cotswold stone area, if you have difficulty walking please inform me prior to your arrival and I will ensure that a parking bay is reserved for you.

Once at the top of the stairs the apartment is on a level floor throughout.

The shower room is a walk in with rain head style of shower – the tray has a 2cm step

Touch lamps are in the bedroom and the TV’s and DVD are remote control

An information folder details all the information regarding accessible restaurants, taxi firms, attractions events etc

APARTMENT 4

The apartment is on the ground floor with level access from the parking area at the front of the house into the open plan living area and ideal if you have mobility problems

The kitchen, dining area and lounge (all open plan) has an oak floor and space for a wheelchair to do a 180* turn. All doorways are (81.28cms) wide

The double bedroom has a 5’ bed with a 74cms transfer space on the right hand side.

French doors with level access open onto a decked area overlooking the garden

The shower room has a tiled floor, the dimensions (without the shower area) are 2006.0cms x 1244.6cms.

The shower area is raised with a 12cms step though has enough space to fit a shower chair 81.28cms x 1244.6cms. Some mobility will be required
